PERSONAL RELEASE FOR ROBBINS RESEARCH INTERNATIONAL, INC. Releasor, in exchange for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant to Robbins Research International, Inc. (RRI) and its parents, subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, employees, successors and assigns, including without limitation, Tony Robbins (collectively "Publisher"), the perpetual and irrevocable right to use Releasor's name, [photograph, image, likeness, voice] biography, history and written and photographed testimonial and journal of use of the Product as provided in writing or verbally (collectively "Materials") in connection with Publisher's commercial products, websites and advertising and promotional materials in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity. Such grant also includes the right to make such changes and creative choices as Publisher may decide in its sole discretion including, but not limited to, the right to edit, modify, add to and/or delete portions of the Materials and reproduce, distribute, publish, promote, market, publicly and privately display, [publicly and privately perform, transmit and broadcast] the Materials. Releasor: (i) agrees not to bring any action or claim against Publisher, or to allow others to bring such an action or claim, based on the Materials or the use of Materials relating to the Releasor as otherwise described above or to terminate or rescind the use of the Materials, and (ii) releases and indemnifies Publisher from any and all such actions or claims which Releasor may have now or in the future. Releasor shall indemnify, defend (at Publisher's election) and hold harmless Publisher, its partners, officers, director, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns from any claim, liability, loss or damage, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements caused by or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement of Releasor or the exhibition of the Materials, pursuant to this agreement. The provisions of this paragraph will survive termination of this Agreement. Releasor acknowledges the receipt of good and valuable consideration in exchange for the release and other grants and agreements made herein, and understands that Publisher is relying on such grants and agreements in proceeding with the production, distribution, promotion, publicity and exploitation of the Materials and elements thereof as authorized above. Releasor acknowledges that Publisher shall have no obligation to use, distribute or otherwise exploit the materials.

Just attended Tony's UNLEASH THE POWER WITHIN Colorado Springs event:

"I really didn't have any idea what to expect. I had never seen Tony before but from what I had heard, his events were...life-changing to say the least. I think that I was a bit more excited about the five star hotel with the advanced fitness/spa area and a full view of Pikes Peak; Little did I know how much I would value this experience.

The first thing that caught me by surprise was the amount of energy that was flowing through the audience. They were all so ecstatic to see Tony, and when my Dad and I were waiting outside the main hall to get in, It felt more like we were going into a Led Zeppelin concert than seeing a motivational speaker. From outside the hall I could hear the thumping bass and sometimes see a flash of light through the curtain and I was immediately excited. My Dad had told me before that Tony "gets really into it" but I did not expect this much buzz and excitement. When Tony finally came out the crowd went insane. I looked around and saw people of all ages and walks of life cheering and yelling for their role model, mentor, and coach. It was in that moment that I realized how loved Tony Robbins was and how many people look to him for guidance.

The stories that Tony incorporated into his seminar were captivating, inspiring, and often times hilarious. He has a way with words that grasps you and keeps your attention locked in, and when the moment came when people started to lose focus, Tony gave a shout and the next thing I knew everyone was jumping and hooting and cheering like madmen. The "pump-up" moments were effective and also quite amusing. I found it surprisingly funny to see middle aged men jumping and waving their hands to the beat of some old school dance music that I faintly remember from my preschool days. After a few of these gung-ho moments of glory, I found myself actually becoming more energetic and enthusiastic. On the first night of the event, I had to share my fears in life with a stranger, a tall man seated next to me. It was a bit awkward but it really broke the barrier and let me open up my mind to everything Tony was talking about. I found his methods of connecting with people the most interesting, probably because it was something I could actually do and practice, and from what Tony said, it worked one-hundred percent of the time, so I was especially excited about that.

Looking back now, a week later I realize how lucky I am to have gone through such an experience at sixteen. I can honestly say that it made me more mature, responsible and confident. I went in expecting some rich guy to talk to us about fixing our problems, and I came out with a new outlook on success, relationships, and life. Overall, it was undoubtedly worth the four days, two Lacrosse games, and the three parties I missed back home.
